Scrowolf:
· does not act as an escrow agent, custodian, broker, or intermediary
· does not control, hold, or manage user funds
· does not provide arbitration, mediation, or dispute resolution services
· does not offer legal, financial, or investment advice
· is not a party to any transaction executed through the platform
All transactions are executed directly on the blockchain by smart contracts and are governed exclusively by their programmed logic.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
· blockchain transactions are irreversible
· smart contracts operate without human intervention
· Scrowolf has no ability to modify, pause, reverse, or intervene in transactions
· users are solely responsible for verifying contract terms, wallet addresses, and transaction details
Use of Scrowolf is at the user’s own risk and subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
PROHIBITED USES AND SERVICES
Users may not use the Scrowolf Platform for any transaction involving the following activities, services, goods, or purposes.
1. Illegal or Unlawful Activities
· Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
· Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
· Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
2. Regulated Financial Services
· Investments of any kind
· Securities, tokens offered as securities, or investment contracts
· Loans, lending, borrowing, or credit arrangements
· Interest-bearing products
· Asset management or portfolio management
· Derivatives, futures, options, or leveraged products
3. Gambling and Games of Chance
· Gambling, betting, or wagering
· Lotteries, raffles, or sweepstakes
· Online casinos or games of chance involving monetary prizes
4. Physical Goods and Logistics
· Sale or purchase of physical goods
· Goods requiring shipping, delivery, storage, or logistics
· Commodities or tangible assets

5. Real Estate and Property
· Real estate transactions
· Property rentals or leases
· Land, buildings, or any interests in real property
6. Financial Intermediation or Custody
· Custodial services
· Payment processing on behalf of third parties
· Acting as a trustee, fiduciary, or fund administrator
7. Regulated or Licensed Professions
· Legal services
· Accounting or tax advisory services
· Medical or healthcare services
· Financial advisory or investment advisory services
8. Employment and Payroll
· Employment contracts
· Payroll services
· Salary payments
· Employer–employee relationships
9. High-Risk or Restricted Goods
· Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
· Controlled substances, drugs, or pharmaceuticals
· Adult services involving physical contact
· Human trafficking or exploitation
10. Dispute-Dependent or Subjective Services
· Transactions requiring subjective judgment of completion
· Services dependent on opinions, interpretations, or discretionary approval
· Any arrangement that would reasonably require arbitration, mediation, or human intervention
11. Circumvention or Abuse of the Platform
· Attempts to bypass fees
· Attempts to manipulate smart contract logic
· Use of bots or scripts to abuse platform functionality
· Any activity intended to exploit vulnerabilities
12. Third-Party Rights and IP Violations
· Sale or transfer of stolen intellectual property
· Copyright infringement
· Trademark violations
13. Use on Behalf of Others
· Acting as an agent, intermediary, or proxy for third parties
· Pooling funds from multiple users
· Creating transactions on behalf of undisclosed parties
14. Any Use That Conflicts With the Platform’s Nature
Any use that:
· would require Scrowolf to exercise discretion
· would imply custody, arbitration, or mediation
· would reasonably expose Scrowolf to regulatory oversight is strictly prohibited.
